Our company was established in 2007 by a team of three. The idea was simple: to help organizations bridge the language barrier easier through:

- Being an agent of change for the communities where we do business and for the planet.
With these premises in mind, we started as a boutique translation company for English to Spanish educational and medical content. We later became specialized in additional industries, such as pharma, human resources, eLearning, manufacturing, marketing and tech. We currently have a team of 50 full-time employees that range from in-house translators, reviewers, programmers, graphic designers to marketing experts, instructional designers and engineers. Currently we serve over 250 clients in over 75 languages.
We are part of the small circle of companies holding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17100:2015 and ISO 27000:2013 certifications guaranteeing a thorough quality assurance process in every project we complete.
Our headquarters are in Springfield, Virginia USA. Additionally, we have production teams in Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, China, Russia, France, Canada and India. We have over 3500 tested and qualified native translators and reviewers and 350 subject matter experts for highly specialized content.
We currently hold contracts with organizations such as Panera Bread, Merck, Saint-Gobain, American Airlines, The InterAmerican Development Bank, The State of Virginia, Huntington Hospital, The State of Pennsylvania and many other organizations.
Combining the experience from our team, we created IRIS: our unique translation management platform that creates a simple and secure experience reducing translation requests to product time frame in half. This, in addition to our translation memory and productivity tools that reduce costs and delivery time frame and increase consistency, makes us a strong partner for organizations that have demanding language needs.
