ISO 9001:2015

The ISO 9001:2015 certifies that an organization has a Quality Management System (QMS) in place and that this system’s objective is to constantly improve in terms of quality. This certification is based on the plan-do-check-act methodology and provides a process-oriented approach to documenting and reviewing the structure, responsibilities, and procedures required to achieve effective quality management in an organization.

ISO 17100:2015

The ISO 17100:2015 standard is specific to the translation industry, and it certifies that the services provided fulfill certain basic requirements, namely: the qualifications of translators, editors and proofreaders, resource management and availability, and data and confidentiality protection, among other essential aspects of the professional translation process.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013

The ISO/IEC 27001:2013 provides the requirements for an Information Security Management System and helps to manage the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property,  employee details or information entrusted by third parties. It also includes requirements for the assessment and treatment of information security risks tailored to our needs.
