THE CUSTOMER:
Systran specializes in custom learning solutions for industries, businesses, and educational institutions. They offer 3D animations, blended learning, and hands-on training units tailored to meet specific needs, with a focus on safety and knowledge retention. Their services include process equipment animations, interactive trainers, industrial safety incident simulations, and custom learning solutions designed to improve workforce skills and safety in various sectors.
OUR CHALLENGE:
This project involved translating 51 Storyline eLearning courses into Spanish. However, our work extended beyond translation—we also carried out AI voice recording and subtitling for each of the videos contained within the courses.
Although the content itself did not present major challenges, as these services are part of our extensive experience in technical translation, the project’s uniqueness lay in the tight two-month deadline for completion.
This limited timeframe posed a logistical and organizational challenge to ensure the project was completed before the client’s established delivery date.
OUR SOLUTION:
To tackle this challenge, the first step was to organize our workflow efficiently by clearly defining tasks and assigning responsibilities to each team member. We chose not to outsource any part of the project, which allowed us to maintain complete control and a more precise strategic vision.
At the same time, we established continuous communication with the client, providing regular updates and gathering constant feedback. This enabled us to make quick adjustments and ensure that each step aligned with the client’s expectations.
Thanks to the dedication of our internal team—responsible for AI voice recording and subtitling—along with the support of our in-house designers, we managed to deliver all of the courses days ahead of schedule. This gave the client extra time to review the content and make final adjustments, ensuring the project was fully polished before launch.
THE OUTCOME:
Not only did we meet the deadlines, but we also exceeded the client’s expectations, leaving them fully satisfied with the final result. We appreciate Systran’s trust in us once again to carry out this important translation project.
